“ I am a huge fan of Brazilian steakhouses and this one was no exception. Went here during their weekday $29.95 lunch special and it didn't seem too busy so we were seated right away. The restaurant was spacious, well-lit, and very clean. The gaucho chefs were attentive and constantly came table side with a variety of delectable meats that were perfectly seasoned. They had a lot of options at the hot/cold bar to accompany the meats as well as sauces for the meats that I actually haven't had at other Brazilian steakhouses. The only minor complaint we had was that our drinks took a while to arrive and we were wondering if they had forgotten, but they eventually came halfway through the meal. I would've minded more if I didn't already have water and if it wasn't an AYCE buffet so I'll let it slide. Overall, I'd recommend this restaurant because the quality of the meats and the friendliness of the chefs made it a wonderful experience. They always had a smile on their faces and were great at explaining the different cuts as well as asking us if we prefer any specific cut. I absolutely hate places that only bring Picanha around once in a while, but in my experience here, they were very accommodating to bring what we craved. ”

I always hear people speaking Portuguese everytime I come here, so you know that this is a good place to be when it comes to a quality experience. “ It's been over a decade since I've been here. Then I went again recently because it was so good! They pass around pão de queijo (cheese bread) to start and you can always ask for more. I usually order the Brazilian Lemonade since it's unique and refreshing. Hubby also got a Xingu black beer. They have lots of Brazillian drinks to choose from! I love that they use a mesquite charcoal grill to cook their meats! The salad bar has plenty of seafood, cheese, hot dishes, and other items to enjoy as well. You can even add lobster and shrimp for only $5 more! Service was excellent and it's such a great place to gets premium quality meats! It's all you can eat, so come hungry! ”

“ This Brazilian steakhouse has quality meats grilled fresh and men with large skewers walking around to give you a delicious slice. We requested some meats to be brought but it took 20-30 minutes for it to arrive and we had to ask 3-4 times about the ordered meats. Sides here are ok and the different salads were nice. Drinks and cocktails were ok as well but not exceptional. I would stay away from the black cherry martini, it tastes like cough syrup. They offered live piano music which is nice. Overall good grilled meats here. ”

“ If you watched all of the videos that I posted, then clearly you will see that my boyfriend and I over-stuffed our faces with all of the delicious food from the self-serve salad bar, hot foods station, and the endless carvings of meats! This was my first experience at a Brazilian Steakhouse, and I was overwhelmed to say the least. For $65.99 per person, we had unlimited access to the delicious salad bar and hot food station that had a large assortment of salads and veggies, cheese and meat charcuterie, lobster bisque, grilled salmon, honey glazed plantains, and much much more! I was honestly quite content with just this part of the meal alone and really did not need the endless rounds of meat carvings, since I am typically not a huge meat eater. After the meal, I learned that I could have just paid $45.99 for this buffet alone, minus the meats. That's something to keep in mind for future consideration! So how this dining experience works is there is a wooden figure with one end painted green and the other painted red. When you are ready to get the meat carvings, flip the green side up and the servers will make their rounds to your table to carve you a slice of meat (or multiple slices if you prefer). They constantly have servers walking around tables to see who's ready for more meat. One reminder is to flip the red side up if you want a pause from the meat carvings, otherwise the servers will stop by your table. There is a wide variety of beef, lamb, pork, and chicken. I think we tried a little of everything. My favorite was probably the filet mignon wrapped in bacon. Of the carvings, my absolute favorite was not even a meat, but rather their honey and cinnamon glazed pineapple. This was absolutely delicious and it was a nice break from all the meats. The cheese bread was so good and I wanted to eat more than just one, but I had to refrain from eating so many carbs, especially when I had already over-stuffed my face with all the other dishes. Our server Cassio took excellent care of us. Parking in downtown was very limited, so we ended up paying $22.50 to park in the former Horton Plaza parking structure. It hurts to pay that much to park, but we didn't want to be late to our dinner reservation. ”

“ This is THE BEST Brazilian steakhouse in San Diego . They are the only ones who still use the classic mesquite grill for that natural charred flavor that's to die for . I've been coming here for YEARS and haven't been back since the pandemic until recently and the quality of the meats are still the same as I remember !! Amazinggg . You start off by ordering some drinks-- a glass of red wine Cabernet pairs very well with all the meats that you're about to devour . Then you grab a plate and head over to their gourmet salad bar which includes salad, soups, and appetizers . Get a side of the Chimichurri and rei do gado sauces for dipping ! You also have the option to add on a lobster and shrimp w/ cocktail sauce if you're feeling surf and turfyyyy . Don't fill yourself up too much-- save room for the churrascaria ! Then you flip over the little turner to green for the meats to start rolling in -- you absolutely need to try ALL OF THEM, but here are a few of my favs: The cheese bread is served to you at the table as an appetizer and I need to warn you about these-- they are DANGEROUSLY ADDITICTING . Sooo cheesey, soo chewy, like a savory mochi, but better !! Picanha is the prized meat of meats ! Its crust is golden, crisp, and the inside is tender and oh sooo juicy . This one is a must-- get seconds, thirds, heck get fourths if you brought an extra stomach ! Garlic picanha -- enough said Skirt steak is my FAV cut of all time . It's decadent, rich, thin, and jammed packed with flavor . Do not sleep on it ! Tri tip and rib eye are equally as delicious and unique in its own ways when it comes to flavor and texture . Bacon wrapped filet mignon is to die for ! Salty and fatty bacon is the perfect duo to the lean mean filet mignon . A few other honorable mentions are the cheesey chicken thighs and pork sausage ! Soooo TASTY . Last, but not least; The honey glazed cinnamon grilled pinepple-- SWEET, savory, GLORIOUS GIFT FROM UP ABOVE . Say yes to it . All in all, it's such a fun atmosphere and a perfect datenight or a group of friends/family outting . Our waiters were all so kind . Parking is a little tough, it being in downtown . Park in old Horton plaza mall structure and bring your ticket because they offer validation-- $10 for 3 hours ! Make the reservation, get dressed up, and enjoy your time there ! ”

“ Came in today for the first time and to indulge in some restaurant week specials. They had a wonderful lunch for $27 that Included fresh meat and many options from the cold and hot bar. Honestly a great deal for everything you get! There were so many options for sides it was impossible to try them all! I really enjoyed the jalepeño poppers, mashed potatoes and the roasted sweet potato salad. The dipping sauces paired with the sirloin were quite delicious too. The hostess recommended the Brazilian flan for dessert and it was absolutely amazing! I would definitely come back just for that. We really enjoyed our whole meal and experience. I will def come back to try their premium options as well. The people that carved the meat were exceptional and informative. Unfortunately our server wasn't very present but I understand because it was a busy Friday afternoon. ”

For the variety and amount you get on top of the outstanding service, this was such a great option. Pros: -salad bar has a good variety of options (ex: salmon, salads, soups, cheese, etc.) -variety of meat options to choose from- my favorite was the filet mignon wrapped in bacon -friendly staff -they celebrate your birthday with a complimentary dessert and birthday sign on your table.
